Yesenia Garcia, D.M.D.

Dr. Yesenia Garcia is natural from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She obtained her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the School of Dentistry of the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2004. After she became a General Dentist, Dr. Garcia moved to Houston, Texas where she spent one year practicing general dentistry and restoring many patients with advanced dental problems at the University of Texas, Houston Dental Branch at the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program. In 2005 she went to Jacksonville, Florida to pursue her dream of becoming an orthodontist. Dr. Garcia completed two years of specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics in 2007 at Jacksonville University, School of Orthodontics.

Dr. Garcia had a wonderful time practicing general dentistry in the Houston area, so she decided to come back to Pearland to practice orthodontics as well. Trained in the latest techniques and cutting edge technology in orthodontics, Dr. Garcia uses the most modern materials to move teeth efficiently with less discomfort to the patients. She is also a certified Invisalign provider in the Sugar Land and Pearland areas.

Dr. Garcia is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, Hispanic Dental Association, and Pearland Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Garcia has received numerous awards during her career as a general dentist and as an orthodontist. She combines excellence with a wonderful charisma that makes her patients feel comfortable during the orthodontic treatment. Dr. Garcia resides in Shadow Creek, Pearland and is also fluent in Spanish. Dr. Garcia’s passion is to help everyone have a gorgeous smile.
